Happy Valentine’s Day!
Today I am sharing with you some of my favorite Valentine’s Day recipes and since this is a day of LOVE, I am also showing the love of my favorite bloggers. Valentine’s Day is one of my favorite days of the year. I am not sure if it is the heart-shaped candy, chocolate, flowers, romantic dinners or simply because everything is pink or red. I think this is the day to really show the person you are with how much you love them, whether it is a significant other, kids, friends or that special someone in your life. Now don’t get me wrong, I think you should show your love everyday, but as you and I know that is not always possible. I do hope you have a romantic, fun day and if you need recipe ideas I have them here.
Pink Moscato Strawberry Shortcake – This is by far one of my favorite desserts of all times. It even tastes just as amazing the next day!
Skinny Cherry Milkshake – Why not grab two straws and share the love. Nothing more romantic than sharing a shake.
Strawberry Gallette – This is perfect for breakfast or have it for dessert with a dollop of ice cream.
Mediterranean Grilled Chicken – One of my favorite, healthy meals. Serve it with a side of crusty bread.
Three Cheese Chicken Alfredo – This is a nice light spin to the traditional Chicken Alfredo. My Husband had no clue it was low calorie.
Chocolate Espresso Raspberry Pancakes – Use a cookie cutter to make heart shape pancakes.
Strawberry Shortcake Pancakes – I love these pancakes. I have made them several times and they are by far my favorites. I love that they are low calorie, healthy and made with greek yogurt.
Pinot Noir Mushroom Reduction Sauce with Grilled T-Bone Steak – This recipe is what made me fall in love with mushrooms. It is so perfect for sharing with the one you love.
Peanut Butter Cheesecake Dip – This is wonderful for dipping fruit in. Nice little after diner dessert or to serve with a glass of wine.
Slow Cooker Pasta Meat Sauce – This is so Lady and the Tramp movie, but pasta is so romantic to have on V-day! I love it and I love that this is made in the Crockpot. All you have to do is make the pasta and you can spend the evening doing romantic things.
Maple Mustard Glazed Grilled Salmon – I love fish and I think this is simply perfect with the mustard glaze and it only takes minutes to make.
Gluten Free Red Velvet Cupcakes – These cupcakes are amazing, but I highly recommend eating them the day you make them.
