As you know I am on a major smoothie kick. I have been really good at having one everyday. Today’s smoothie will simply please raspberry lovers everywhere. It has the most fantastic raspberry flavor with just a hint of vanilla. Yum!
The shake is made with raspberries, unsweetened coconut milk and Skinny Gut Ultimate Protein Shake. Just add all the ingredients together, blend and you have a thick, creamy raspberry smoothie that I just love and I think you will too.
I have been enjoying using Skinny Gut Ultimate Shake Powder because it is lactose free. If your a frequent reader of my blog you will know I have some stomach issues. I do not do well eating ice cream, yogurt or milk too much anymore. However, thank goodness, cheese doesn’t bother me. Yeah!
