Hi Everyone,
Today I have for you my version of a Valentine’s Day smoothie. When I think Valentine’s, besides chocolate, I think of fresh red fruit like strawberries and raspberries. So today I took one of my favorite berries and made it into a super simple, tasty smoothie. This is my Raspberry Vanilla Smoothie.
This smoothie is creamy, sweet and has the perfect blend of raspberries. Plus, oh how I love the color!! I don’t know what it is about pink, but it’s just so girly, romantic and just darn pretty! 🙂 This was my Husbands and my Sunday morning drink. I think he looks forward to smoothie Mondays because I normally make them when he’s home. I guess you can say he’s a little spoiled.
Making this smoothie is super easy! All I did was add some frozen raspberries, vanilla greek yogurt and vanilla almond milk to my blender, give it a whirl and you have this thick, tasty drink! This drink is gluten-free, but you can make it vegan by adding a vegan yogurt, like coconut yogurt. I do love coconut yogurt!
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 6 oz container vanilla greek yogurt
- ½ cup vanilla almond milk, unsweetened
- Add all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

Wow, I just added my nutritional stats and I can’t believe it has 9 grams of fiber. No wonder why I was full after drinking it! I love this and this smoothie will make for a great morning breakfast.
Well I am off, I made something wonderful and it’s time to taste test. If all goes well, I’ll be sharing it with you this week!
Have a wonderful Monday!
Toodles,
This smoothie looks absolutely incredible! I so want this in my life!
Make it my Dear, so easy and so darn good!!
This is the PERFECT protein packed Valentine Breakfast!
Thank you Sophia!!
Who would believe that 3 simple ingredients could make such a beautiful, delicious looking smoothie. I can see why your husband loves your smoothie Mondays, who wouldn’t?
Ahhhh thank you Chris! Smoothie Mondays are a hit at my house on the weekend! At 10am, I am asked are we having a smoothie today? lol
I have all these ingredients right now! Making this tomorrow. Awesome. 🙂 Vanilla almond milk is my favorite, so thank you for including it here.
I love vanilla almond milk in smoothies and baking, but honestly I’m not one to drink it plain, but it sure adds amazing flavor to things you make!
This was very good, thank you for the recipe! I will definitely add this in to my smoothie rotation. I used 1/2 cup raspberries, 1/2 of a 5.3 oz chobani vanilla yogurt, and 1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk and my calorie content came out to 155.
Your welcome! I am so glad you like it! 🙂
Nice tall glass makes the smoothie look even yummier!. Love the photos!! 🙂
I’m always looking for fruit smoothies to make and this one looks delicious! Being a huge fan of simple and tasty, this recipe is right up my alley. By the way, you take beautiful pictures~
Ahhh, thank you so much! 🙂
My store doesnt carry almond milk and the next nearest one is an hour or so away, can i use regular milk ?
Hi, Of course you can use regular milk. It will taste just as great. Enjoy!
Just made this and it’s a very delicious smoothie! I added a date for a little sweetness 🙂
Thanks for the recipe!
I love the idea of adding dates. Glad you enjoy the recipe.
Hi Jennifer.
Can you add protein powder to this to increase the protein? And Is there a Grass Fed Greek Yogurt that you can buy? I appreciate your recipe and your help.
