Hi Everyone,
I love this time of year with all of the festive holiday treats and drinks. Today I have for you a light, refreshing mocktail that is perfect for your holiday brunch. It is a Cranberry Kiss. Don’t you love the name? It sounds so sweet and romantic.
This drink is slightly tart and a little bit sweet. It is a combination of cranberry juice and orange juice topped with sparkling water. You can also use champagne if you want to spike it.
One of my favorite holiday combinations is oranges and cranberry. They are the perfect match. Oranges are perfect this time of year, so if you can get some nice fresh oranges, I highly recommend it in this drink.
For the cranberry juice, I used Ocean Spray Light. It is only 60 calories for a cup of it. This recipe, if using sparkling water, is only 67 calories. I don’t feel bad having a few of these drinks. The drink is so fun and festive. I added fresh cranberries and an orange wedge for decoration.
- ¾ cup cranberry juice, light
- ¼ cup orange juice
- sparkling water or champagne
- In a glass add a few ice cubes, add cranberry juice and orange juice. Top with sparking water or champagne.
- Top with orange wedge and fresh cranberries if desired.

I hope you have a wonderful week!
Toodles,
Jennifer
