Today I have for you a brand spanking new smoothie that is completely new to me. Normally for smoothies I use milk, yogurt and/or all fruit, but today I stepped out of the box and used egg whites. I was pleasantly surprised how wonderful my smoothie tasted. Honestly, I was a little scared, but the smoothie was light, frothy and simply the perfect texture. Not to mention it tasted amazing! Since I was trying out this recipe for the first time I thought I would use my favorite fruit, mango and peaches! Yum! Just check out my smoothie!
The recipe called for fresh peaches, but since they are out of season and I couldn’t find one at the grocery store, so I used frozen peaches instead. For the egg whites, I used AllWhites Egg Whites. I just poured it in with my fruit, blended and I got the perfect smoothie. This smoothie is loaded with 18 grams of protein and is perfect for a pre or post workout. For me, I had it for breakfast. I was filled up for hours.

- 2 cups mango, fresh, peeled, roughly chopped
- 1 cup fresh peaches
- ⅔ cups AllWhites Egg Whites
- 1 dash nutmeg
- Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.
