Pumpkin Mocha Spice Latte

Happy Halloween!!

I am so happy today!  Not only do I have one of the best hot latte recipes for you, but I also have my biggest giveaway to share with you!!  So it’s a big day here at PB and P!  First I shall share with you my newest hot drink that I added to my collection and now you can add it to yours too!!

This is my Pumpkin Mocha Spice Latte!  It’s made with freshly brewed pumpkin spice coffee, non-fat milk, cocoa, vanilla and cinnamon.  This is the taste of fall in a cup!!  Oh my!!  The flavor of pumpkin spice, a hint of chocolate and the taste of cinnamon, topped with whip cream and a dash of cinnamon.  This drink is so easy to make too!!!   I think I’m in love!  Can you be in love with coffee?  Apparently I can from all my coffee drinks!  I promise this drink will not disappoint!!!


This is the perfect night to snuggle up with a blanket or a Yellow Lab, read your favorite book and sip on a hot pumpkin spice mocha latte.  This drink has it all!  Chocolate, pumpkin and the aroma is so comforting.   I brewed my coffee in my new Capresso Stainless Steel Coffee Maker.  I am loving this coffee maker!  It actually has an aroma button.  Mmmmm, I just love the smell of coffee.  I think I maybe a little obsessed with my coffee!!!  I’m thinking I need a cup right now!!

Pumpkin Mocha Spice Latte

Pumpkin Spice brewed coffee topped with a milk blended, cinnamon and cocoa mixture.
Serves: 1½ cups
Ingredients
  • 1 cup pumpkin spice coffee brewed
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ cup non-fat milk
  • ½ tsp. stevia or sugar to taste
  • ½ tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Optional Toppings:
  • Whip cream, fat free
  • dash of cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Add brewed pumpkin spice coffee in a cup; set aside.
  2. In a small sauce pan add cinnamon, milk, stevia and cocoa powder and whisk until warmed and frothy. Pour into pumpkin spice coffee.
  3. Top with whip cream and cinnamon

  10. Honestly, my preference is just regular plain old coffee…and LOTS of it. Occassionally, I experiment with mocha, but most of my flavored hot drinkage comes in the form of cocoas.

  55. one of my favorite coffee drinks in general is a honey latte. MMM. I’m not usually one for purchasing actual flavored coffee, but when I do, I opt for things like “toffee almond” or “hazelnut” since I love sweet and nutty things! (like you, ha 😉 )

  102. Oh man, I just about died when I saw this giveaway! My favorite flavor of coffee or specialty coffee drinks would be something with vanilla or caramel. I LOVE vanilla lattes and I’m likely to try any sort of caramel coffee concoction.

  115. I absolutely love dark roast coffee and I’m pretty much addicted to espresso (sometimes with a dollop of whip cream). I add my own vanilla flavor to my coffee and just a hint of coconut milk creamer! Delish!

  129. I have two, the first is pumpkin spice of course and the second is a blend I’ve made myself. I combine traverse city cherry beans with chocolate flavored coffee beans for a chocolate covered cherry cup o java, heaven on earth I tell you!!!
