Today I have for you another fantastic smoothie that will make you feel good inside and out. It is my Strawberry Coconut Water Smoothie. This is the perfect smoothie for after a workout or if your feeling dehydrated. Plus it’s low-calorie, sweet and refreshing.
The smoothie is made with 3 simple ingredients; coconut water, frozen strawberries and honey. I do want to tell you that this smoothie is great if your feeling bloated, or ummm if you have had some issues going to the bathroom. So of your not going to be near a bathroom, I don’t recommend this smoothie. One other thing this smoothie is great for is a hangover. I am telling you this from experience. If I drink coconut water before I go to bed or as soon as I get up, no hangover, at all! Not a headache, sick or anything! I love it! Not that I drink too much, but sometimes I can over do the wine if I am at a party or out to dinner with friends.

- 1¼ cup coconut water
- 1 cup strawberries, frozen
- 1 tsp. honey (add more for making sweeter)
- Add all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
I have to say ahhhhh! I just finishing the last bit of my smoothie and it is sooooo good!
This week is dedicated to spoiling me week! Yup, I plan on eating healthy, getting a massage, hair appointment and maybe I can fit in a new outfit? It has been so long since I just focused on me, so I decided I would dedicate a whole week to me. Sounds crazy, I know, but every once in a while we need to treat ourselves. I think you should do the same. Do something that you like, spread it throughout the week and have fun! You deserve it!
