Roasted Fingerlings with Capers and Dill
These potatoes are deeeeelicious! They are roasted fingerlings flavored with fresh dill and capers. The capers add a nice vinegar flavor without being overwhelming. They are the perfect picnic food because it does not contain mayonnaise or eggs, plus it’s healthy too. It actually tastes like little baked potatoes.  Yummy!!!

  13. Chicken drumstick has always been a compulsory menu for my picnic outings. In addition, I always try to bring in the veggies or something else aside from the drumstick. Those potatoes look fabulous. I think I’ll try it for my next outing
