Hi Everyone and Happy April Fools Day!!!
Well I am in Monterrey today for the full week of training and seminars (boring!). I will be posting pics on Instagram if you want to check it out. I plan on trying to eat as healthy as possible (that’s going to be hard), I’m bringing my own snacks and I am going to bring my 21 Day Fix DVD with me, so I can workout in the morning before work. I love that I won’t have a commute and have extra time in the morning. So to kick off my super healthy eating week, which I have been doing all last week (yah!), today I made a simple Strawberry Almond Smoothie!
If you love almond milk, you will love this smoothie. It’s creamy, light, sweet, refreshing and has the best strawberry flavor with a hint of almond butter. It is so yummy! I am not a big almond milk person, but I do like this smoothie! I also love how easy it is to make!
A healthy, light, refreshing smoothie with the flavor of sweet strawberries, almonds and drizzled with a pinch of almond nut butter.
- 1 cup strawberries, frozen
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk, unsweetened
- 1/4 tsp stevia (to taste)
- 1 tbsp. almond nut butter
- In a blender add strawberries, almond milk, stevia and blend until smooth. Add almond nut butter and blend until just combined.

Well my Friends, I know this is a short post today. I have been crazy busy trying to get everything set for my blog that it has become very time-consuming and a little overwhelming, but I feel great getting it done!
