Smoked Paprika Edamame Bean Dip
- 16 oz can cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
- 1½ cups edamame, shelled, cooked
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 or 2 dashes Cayenne pepper (optional)
- In a food processor add all of your ingredients and process until smooth.
