Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip

A spicy creamy baked dip that is made with cream cheese, greek yogurt, chicken and Franks Hot Sauce.
Serves: Approx 3 - 4 cups
  • 1 cup greek yogurt, plain
  • ½ cup mayonnaise, reduced fat
  • 4 oz cream cheese, fat free, room temperature
  • 2 tbsp. ranch seasoning
  • ¼ cup Franks Hot Sauce (To taste)
  • 5 oz chicken, cooked, diced or shredded small
  • ¼ cup light cheddar cheese, shredded
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Spray an oven safe baking dish with cooking spray
  3. In a bowl mix together yogurt, mayonnaise, cream cheese and ranch seasoning, until incorporated. Stir in hot sauce and chicken. Sprinkle top with cheddar cheese.
  4. Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
I didn't measure the servings, since I didn't want to take apart the dip, so I made the whole dish to serve 6, which is approx. ¼ - ½ cup. Believe me the calories are pretty low on this one and the serving size is pretty huge.
