Cranberry Orange White Chocolate Chip Cookies

A sweet crisp cookie made with cranberries and white chocolate chips.
Serves: 30 Cookies
Ingredients
- ½ cup butter, softened
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup egg substitute or 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp. orange extract
- 1¼ cup white whole wheat flour
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ½ cup white chocolate chip
- ½ cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F
- In a bowl add flours, baking powder, baking soda and salt, set a side.
- In large bowl, cream butter, sugar and brown sugar until light. Beat in egg, vanilla extract and orange extract until smooth. Gradually add flour mixture until combined. Stir in white chocolate chips and cranberries.
- Drop by well rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8 - 10 minutes until golden brown.
