Broccoli and Cheese Egg Bake

An oohey gooey savory egg bake full of broccoli, spinach and cheese.
Serves:
1 Egg Bake
Ingredients
1 cup broccoli, fresh, chopped
1 handful spinach, torn
¾ cup egg substitute or three eggs
2 tbsp. milk, non-fat
½ oz shredded lite cheese
1 dash onion powder
1 dash garlic powder
1 dash of black pepper
cooking spray
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F
In a 10 oz ramekin or oven safe baking dish, spray with cooking spray.
Add broccoli and spinach into prepared baking dish.
In a small bowl add eggs, milk, cheese and seasonings. Stir until combined.
Pour egg mixture over broccoli
Bake for 30 minutes or until center of eggs is firm.
