Baked Cinnamon and Pear Oatmeal

A thick and hearty baked oatmeal filled with fresh pears, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Serves:

Ingredients
⅓ cup old fashioned rolled oats
1 egg white
¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp baking powder
⅓ cup non-fat milk
1 tsp brown sugar
½ cup (70 grams) pear, peeled, cored, chopped small
Optional Toppings:
peanut butter
raisins
granola
maple syrup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
Spray a oven safe ramekin with cooking spray; set a side.
In a small bowl add chopped pears and brown sugar; mix together until all the pears are evenly covered in sugar; set a side.
In a small bowl add oats, egg white, vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking powder and stir. Add pear mixture and milk.
Pour oatmeal into prepared ramekin and bake for 20 - 25 until oatmeal is set.
