Rich chocolate and creamy peanut butter mixed into healthy oats. It's like eating a big healthy cookie for breakfast.
Serves: 1 Big Bowl
Ingredients
½ cup oats
1 cup non-fat milk or unsweetend coconut milk
1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp, stevia to taste
1 tbsp. peanut butter
½ tbsp. peanut butter chips
Instructions
In a sauce pan add oats, milk, cocoa powder and stevia. Cook until milk is evaporated and oatmeal is thick. About a minute before it is done, whip in peanut butter.
Pour into a bowl and top with peanut butter chips.
