Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal

Rich chocolate and creamy peanut butter mixed into healthy oats. It's like eating a big healthy cookie for breakfast.
Serves: 1 Big Bowl
  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 cup non-fat milk or unsweetend coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp, stevia to taste
  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter
  • ½ tbsp. peanut butter chips
  1. In a sauce pan add oats, milk, cocoa powder and stevia. Cook until milk is evaporated and oatmeal is thick. About a minute before it is done, whip in peanut butter.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with peanut butter chips.
