Gingerbread Frappe

A creamy, spicy frozen drink that tastes like Gingerbread Cookies.
Serves: Approx. 2 cups
Ingredients
  • 1½ cups coffee, partially frozen
  • ½ cup non-fat milk
  • ½ tsp. nutmeg
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. ginger, ground
  • 1 dash cloves ground
  • ¼. tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. molasses
  • ½ tsp. stevia or sugar to taste
  • ⅛ tsp. xanthan gum (optional)
  • 2 tbsp. whip cream, fat free
Instructions
  1. In a blender add all ingredients, except for whip cream. Mix until smooth.
  2. Pour into a cup and top with whip cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon
