A creamy, spicy frozen drink that tastes like Gingerbread Cookies.
Serves:
Approx. 2 cups
Ingredients
1½ cups coffee, partially frozen
½ cup non-fat milk
½ tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. ginger, ground
1 dash cloves ground
¼. tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. molasses
½ tsp. stevia or sugar to taste
⅛ tsp. xanthan gum (optional)
2 tbsp. whip cream, fat free
Instructions
In a blender add all ingredients, except for whip cream. Mix until smooth.
Pour into a cup and top with whip cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon
