Ranch Burgers

A juicy ground beef burger made with ranch seasoning and topped with a ranch dressing served on an English Muffin.
Serves: 4 Burgers
  • 1 lbs lean ground beef (96/4)
  • ¼ cup egg substitute or 1 egg
  • 7 tsp. Ranch Dressing Seasoning from packet
  • 4 whole wheat English muffins or hamburger buns
  • **Dressing**
  • 1 tsp. Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt
  1. Preheat grill on medium heat
  2. In a small bowl add ¼ cup greek yogurt and 1 tsp. Hidden Valley Ranch Dips and mix until combined. Place in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  3. In a bowl, add ground beef, egg, and Ranch Dressing Seasoning. Mix together until combined; I used my hands to mix it.
  4. Divide the ground beef mixture into 4 equal pieces and form into a patty. Place on grill and cook until done. About 5 minutes per side.
  5. Meanwhile; split your English Muffins and place on the top part of the grill and cook until lightly toasted, about 1 minute.
  6. Place Burger onto English Muffin and top with dressing.
  7. Serve immediately
  8. optional toppings: sliced tomato and lettuce.
