Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Pretzel Balls

A sweet and salty peanut butter cookie dough no bake cookie.
Serves: 20 Little Balls
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup + 1 tbsp. Honey Roasted Pretzel Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp. rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp. oat flour
  • 1 tsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. mini chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl. Mix with a spoon until incorporated.
  2. Roll into little balls. Place the cookies on parchment paper, place in a freezer to harden. Once harden place PB balls in a ziplock freezer bag.
