Honey Roasted Pretzel Peanut Butter

A creamy sweet and salt peanut butter made with honey and pretzels.
Serves: 2 cups
  • 4 Cups of Honey Roasted Peanuts (Trader Joe's is the best)
  • ½ cup pretzels, broken up, divided
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  1. If you have a small food processor 7 - 12 cups, process in two batches.
  2. In a large food processor, Add the nuts and process until smooth. You will have to push down the sides a few times. This process takes about 6 minutes. Then add honey and pretzels. Process until drippy! About another 5 minutes. Taste to make sure it's sweet enough for you.
  3. Place in a bowl or jar and stir in remaining ¼ cup of crushed pretzels.
  4. Place in a jar or sealed container and store in the cupboard.
