Grilled Filet Mignon

A juicy, tender filet mignon marinated in olive oil, soy sauce and other special seasonings and grilled to perfection.
Serves: 4 - 4oz servings
Ingredients
  • 1 lbs. Filet Mingon
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp. dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp garlic,minced
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • ½ tsp black pepper, ground
Instructions
  1. In a bowl add olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic, lemon juice and black pepper. Mix until combined. Pour marinade over steak and put in the refrigerator and marinate for 1 hour up to 8 hours.
  2. Place on a grill on medium heat, and cook for 7 minutes per side or until meat is fully cooked.
