A juicy, tender filet mignon marinated in olive oil, soy sauce and other special seasonings and grilled to perfection.
Serves: 4 - 4oz servings
Ingredients
1 lbs. Filet Mingon
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce, low sodium
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. dijon mustard
2 tsp garlic,minced
2 tbsp. lemon juice
½ tsp black pepper, ground
Instructions
In a bowl add olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic, lemon juice and black pepper. Mix until combined. Pour marinade over steak and put in the refrigerator and marinate for 1 hour up to 8 hours.
Place on a grill on medium heat, and cook for 7 minutes per side or until meat is fully cooked.
