Peppermint Mocha Frappe

A creamy mint chocolate mocha. perfect for an afternoon pick me up or an after dinner dessert.
Serves: 2 cups
Ingredients
  • 2 cups non-fat milk
  • 1 packet instant coffee (about 2 tsp)
  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powered
  • ¼ tsp. drop of mint extract
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 packet stevia (3.5oz)
  • Optional toppings:
  • Fat Free Whip Cream
  • Chocolate Syrup
Instructions
  1. In a large cup (I used a pyrex measuring cup) add all your ingredients together.
  2. Stir well, don't worry if everything doesn't incorporate well.
  3. Place in a shallow freezer safe bowl. Once frozen, leave on counter until it softens up a pinch. Pop into your blender and process.
