Strawberry Banana Baked Oatmeal

Healthy, filling baked oatmeal, full of fresh strawberries and topped with bananas and cinnamon and sugar. A fun alternative to traditional oatmeal
Serves:
1 10 oz serving
Ingredients
⅓ cup old fashioned rolled oats
1 egg white
¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
½ cup non-fat milk
¼ cup fresh strawberries
5 slices banana
a dash cinnamon and sugar grinder from Trader Joe's
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
In a small bowl add oats, spices, baking powder, salt, egg white, vanilla extract and stir. Add milk and strawberries, stir again.
Place mixture into a 8 or 10 oz oven safe dish (I used a 10oz Ramekin)
Top with banana's and brown sugar and place in oven and bake for 15 - 20 minutes, until firm.
