A creamy guacamole dip that has just the right amount of spice.
Serves: 1 cup
Ingredients
1 Avocado (156 grams), no seed or skin
1 Garlic Clove, minced
3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. Jalapeno - seeded and diced small
3 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped
Cayenne Pepper - Dash (optional)
2 Tbsp Lime - Juice of half a lime
½ tsp. cumin, ground
1 dash salt
Instructions
Add all your ingredients to a mini food processor or mix by hand and blend until smooth and all flavors are incorporated. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
You can top with tomatoes or pica de gallo for an added touch!
