A rich chocolate cake with the taste of bananas. Not overly sweet and does not contain eggs. Made in one pan, no dirty dishes. Super easy to make and a crowd pleaser. Perfect for Kids afternoon snack.

Ingredients
2 very ripe medium bananas
1¼ all-purpose flour
½ cup sugar
¼ cup unsweetened baking cocoa
⅓ cup coconut oil or vegetable oil
⅓ cup water
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. white vinegar
¼ tsp. salt
⅓ dark chocolate chips or chips of choice ( I used a chocolate bar and shaved the chocolate over the top.)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a 8" square baking dish, mash banana's with a fork. Add remaining ingredients (except chocolate chips) and mix with a spoon until combined. Be sure to scrape down the sides of the pan. Top with chocolate chips.
Bake in oven for 30 - 35 minutes, until center comes out clean with a fork.
