A light, refreshing, smoothie with the taste of sweet pineapple and coconut. It's the perfect healthy substitute to a Pina Colada Cocktail

  • ¾ cups 100% DOLEĀ® Canned Pineapple Juice
  • 10.6oz. Coconut Creek Yogurt
  • ¼ tsp. Rum Extract
  • 2 cups Ice Cubes
  • dollop of whip cream (optional)
  • 2 Maraschino Cherries (optional)
  1. In a blender, add all of the ingredients and process until smooth. Pour into two glasses and top with a dollop of whip cream and a cherry.
  2. Serve right away.
