  • 1 cup butter, unsalted
  • 2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1½ cup flour
  • 1 cup Andes Creme De Menthe Baking Chips
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Grease a 9 x 13 baking pan with butter or cooking spray
  3. In a large sauce pan over low heat add butter until melted. Add sugar and stir until combined. Take off of the heat.
  4. Add cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined. Add eggs and stir until completely incorporated. Stir in flour until combined. Do not over mix.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle with Andes Creme De Menthe Baking Chips on top.
  6. Bake in oven for 35 minutes until center comes out clean and brownies slightly pull away from the edges.
  7. Let cool completely and cut into 24 squares.
