A sweet , savory salt made with curry, lime zest, dried mango and to add a kick of heat crushed red peppers. Goes perfect sprinkled on rice, shrimp, chicken or quinoa.

Ingredients
¼ cup coarse sea salt
½ tsp. vegetable oil
¾ tsp. McCormick Curry Powder
¼ tsp. McCormick Red Pepper, Crushed
2 tbsp. dried mango, finely chopped
1 tsp. lime zest
Instructions
In a bowl, add salt and vegetable oil, mix until well combined.
Add curry powder and red pepper, mix well. Stir in dried mango and lime zest.
Store in an airtight container in a cool dark place. Break up any clumps.
