Ingredients
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
½ tsp. corn starch
½ tsp. stevia or 2 tbsp. sugar
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
¼ tsp. pure peppermint extract
1 pinch salt
1 cup coconut milk, unsweetened from carton or milk of choice
Instructions
In a sauce pan add all your ingredients and set over low heat; whisk until thicken and bubbly, about 7 minutes. Pour into a mug, serve with whip cream.
