A light, refreshing light smoothie made with all natural apple juice and greek yogurt.
Serves: 2¼ cups
Ingredients
  • 1 cup apple juice or cider (just apples no other ingredients)
  • 6 oz non fat vanilla yogurt
  • ½ tsp. apple pie spice
  • 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
