Baked Blackened Shrimp

A simple, slightly spicy, smokey baked shrimp that has marinated in olive oil and seasoned with Black Seasoning.
Serves:

Ingredients
2 lbs. shrimp, uncooked, deveined, peeled
¼ cup olive oil
1½ tbsp. blackened seasoning or cajun seasoning
Instructions
In a large oven safe dish, add shrimp, toss with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning. Let the flavors marinate for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Bake shrimp for 10 minutes or until pink in color
