BLT Pizza on Naan Bread

A light, refreshing pizza made on Naan bread and topped with bacon, tomatoes, cheese and arugula. It tastes just like a BLT sandwich, but better!
Serves: 4 pizzas
Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • ½ tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tbsp garlic, minced
  • 4 pieces Naan Bread, frozen (I used Trader Joe's Frozen)
  • 1 tsp. oregano, dried
  • 1 cup tomatoes, sliced
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked, broken into pieces
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, lite, shredded
  • 1 handful arugula
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, olive oil and garlic; mix until combined.
  2. Spread mayonnaise mixture over Naan bread and sprinkle with oregano. Evenly divide the bacon and tomatoes over Naan Bread. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  3. Place the pizzas on a cookie sheet; bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes, until Naan Bread is cooked and cheese is melted. Top with fresh arugula.
