BLT Pizza on Naan Bread

A light, refreshing pizza made on Naan bread and topped with bacon, tomatoes, cheese and arugula. It tastes just like a BLT sandwich, but better!
Serves:
4 pizzas
Ingredients
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
½ tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
½ tbsp garlic, minced
4 pieces Naan Bread, frozen (I used Trader Joe's Frozen)
1 tsp. oregano, dried
1 cup tomatoes, sliced
3 slices bacon, cooked, broken into pieces
½ cup mozzarella cheese, lite, shredded
1 handful arugula
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, olive oil and garlic; mix until combined.
Spread mayonnaise mixture over Naan bread and sprinkle with oregano. Evenly divide the bacon and tomatoes over Naan Bread. Top with mozzarella cheese.
Place the pizzas on a cookie sheet; bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes, until Naan Bread is cooked and cheese is melted. Top with fresh arugula.
