Creamy Chicken Parmesan Pasta

A thick, creamy, cheesy white sauce topped over chicken and pasta.
Serves: 4 servings
  • 1 lbs. chicken, skinless, boneless cut into bite size pieces
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 1 pkg. Progresso Recipe Starter, Creamy Parmesan Flavor
  • ⅓ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz spaghetti, cooked
  • Optional Topping:
  • Parmesan Cheese, fresh basil
  1. Cook pasta according to directions.
  2. Meanwhile in a Skillet add chicken broth and chicken. Cook until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in Progresso Recipe Starter in Creamy Parmesan. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Stir in mozzarella cheese.
  3. Evenly divide pasta between four plates and evenly divide pasta sauce over the top of the spaghetti. Garnish with shredded Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
