A cold, creamy, healthy drink that tastes like a root beer float with a hint of banana.
Serves:
2 cups
Ingredients
1 banana, frozen
½ cup greek yogurt plain
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
Heaping ¼ tsp. McCormick Root Beer Concentrate
¼ tsp. stevia or sugar to taste
1 cup coconut milk, unsweetened from carton
½ cup ice
Instructions
Add all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
