Blueberry Pomegranate Smoothie
- 1 cup pomegranate juice, lite (I used Pom Wonderful)
- ¾ cup blueberries, frozen
- ½ cup greek yogurt, plain
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ½ tsp. stevia (to taste)
- Add all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
- Note: You could sub vanilla greek yogurt for plain, just omit the vanilla extract and stevia.
