Blueberry Pomegranate Smoothie

A healthy, creamy, sweet with a pinch of tartness smoothie made with pomegranate juice and blueberries.
Serves: 3 cups
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice, lite (I used Pom Wonderful)
  • ¾ cup blueberries, frozen
  • ½ cup greek yogurt, plain
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp. stevia (to taste)
  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Note: You could sub vanilla greek yogurt for plain, just omit the vanilla extract and stevia.
