A thick, creamy, healthy, guilt-free, super chocolaty hot drink made with pumpkin and spices. Simple perfect for a chilly evening.
Serves: 1 Cup
  • 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp. cornstarch
  • ½ tsp. stevia or 2 tbsp. sugar
  • ¼ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup coconut milk, unsweetened from carton or whole milk
  • 2 tbsp. pumpkin from can (not pie filling)
  • ¼ tsp. pumpkin spice
  1. In a medium sauce pan; add all your ingredients and set over low heat. Whisk until thick and bubbly. Pour into a mug and serve with whip cream and or marshmallows.
