Gluten Free Brownies in a Jar

Rich, moist, decadent, chocolaty brownies baked in cute little mason jars.
Serves: 7 jars
Ingredients
  • 1 16oz pkg of Glutino Gluten Free Brownie Mix
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp espresso powder
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 2 egg whites
  • cooking spray (I used coconut)
  • 7 8oz mason jars
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees
  2. Spray mason jars with cooking spray
  3. In a bowl, add pkg. of Brownie Mix, yogurt, espresso powder, vanilla exact, water, egg whites and mix until thoroughly mixed.
  4. Fill mason jars about ⅔rds full with brownie batter. Place jars on a baking sheet and bake in oven for 30 minutes or until center is firm. Test brownie with a toothpick, if it comes out clean brownies are done. NOTE: Do not bake them with lids on.
  5. NOTE: You can also follow these instructions and bake the brownies in an 8 x 8 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray for 30 minutes. Calories will only be 124 for 16 brownies.
