Strawberry Oatmeal Smoothie Bowl

A thick, creamy, no bake oatmeal smoothie made with strawberries, chia seeds and Strawberry Kefir.
Serves: 2 heaping cups
  • ⅓ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • ½ cup Wallaby Strawberry Keifer
  • ½ cup non-fat milk or milk of your choice
  • 1 cup strawberries, frozen
  1. The night before, in a bowl add rolled oats, chia seeds and Strawberry Keifer. Mix well, cover and refrigerate over night.
  2. In the morning, add the rolled oats mixture in a blender and add milk and frozen strawberries and process until smooth.
  3. Pour into a bowl and enjoy! Top with peanut butter, nuts or whatever you desire.
