A healthy, vegan black bean burger topped with fresh avocado and homemade salsa.
Serves: 1 Burger
Ingredients
  • 1 Spicy Black Bean Burger (Morning Star Farms)
  • 2 tbsp. Avocado, smashed
  • 2 tbsp. Salsa (I used my Fire Grilled Salsa)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 Degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Place black bean burger on parchment paper and back for 10 minutes. Flip the patty and bake for another 7 minutes.
  4. Top the patty with avocado and salsa.
