A frozen, healthy tropical smoothie made with banana, mango and pineapple, all blended together with coconut milk.
Serves: 3 Cups
Ingredients
  • ½ banana, frozen
  • ½ cup pineapple, frozen
  • ⅓ cup mango, frozen
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • ¼ tsp coconut extract
  • ½ cup unsweetended coconut milk (from a carton)
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup ice
Instructions
  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
