Maple Mustard Glazed Grilled Salmon

A healthy grilled fish topped with a maple syrup and mustard glaze.
Serves: 24 oz
  • 24 oz King Atlantic Salmon
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp. thyme
  • 1 dash pepper
  • olive oil
  1. Brush grill with olive oil and set to medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, add maple syrup, mustard, thyme and pepper; mix well; set a side.
  3. Sprinkle both the sides of the salmon with ground pepper (just a light dusting).
  4. Place salmon on the grill. If salmon has skin, cook with skin side up for 1 minutes, just to get grill marks on salmon. Then flip salmon and cook for about 5 - 7 minutes, until the flesh starts to flake easily when tested with a fork or until desired degree of doneness.
  5. Brush the salmon with maple glaze and serve immediately.
