BBQ Pork Wontons

A little wonton wrapper filled with shredded barbecue pork and topped with your favorite toppings.
Serves: 16 wonton wrappers
Ingredients
  • 4 oz BBQ Shredded Pork, cooked
  • 2 oz cream cheese, fat free
  • ½ oz Monterrey Jack cheese, full fat
  • 2 Tbsp. BBQ Sauce (your favorite, I used Kraft BBQ Sauce)
  • 16 wonton wrappers, I used round shaped
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a mini muffin pan with cooking spray; set a side
  3. In a bowl, add pork, cream cheese, pepper jack cheese and bbq sauce. Mix until combined.
  4. Evenly divide pork mixture into wonton cups.
  5. Bake in oven for 11 – 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and wontons are lightly golden.
