Today I am sharing with you healthy drinks for breakfast, snacks and workouts. I am trying my hardest to get back on the swing of things. No better time like January to get moving. For Christmas I got a FitBit from my Mom and it has inspired me to move. After calculating calories, I noticed I eat a ton of carbs and not enough protein. But at least my calorie intake is on spot. Plus I realize that I am getting on average 3000 steps a day, not cool. So there will be no more of that, I need to move my butt! My first thing I need to do is get away from the computer. I think that is my biggest downfall. I sit all day at work and then I come home, blog and go on Facebook. I need to just dedicate a certain amount of time to the computer a day. Ha! Well see how that goes. It sounds easier than it is. So as part of my motivation, I am sharing with you some healthy wonderful drinks to help jump-start the new year! 2016 will be a great year for health and I plan on keeping it that way all 12 months. So let’s get rolling with one of my number one drinks.
Detox Water – This helps with cleaning out the liver and toxins from the body, plus it tastes good. I will be getting ingredients this week for it.
Berry Oatmeal Smoothie – This makes for a filling and wonderful breakfast.
Cucumber and Watermelon Cooler – This is so light and refreshing. I still seen watermelon in the stores.
Debloating Smoothie – Everything you need to help get rid of the bloat.
Mango Carrot Smoothie – This is so good and naturally sweet.
Mint Monster Smoothie – Greens and mint make a great combination.
The Superman Smoothie – Perfect for fighting off the winter colds. Loaded with vitamin C.
Tropical Green Monster DeBloating Smoothie – I love this drink, you don’t even notice the greens.
Vanilla Cream Protein Shake – I love vanilla, it’s one of my favorite flavors. This drink has it all with lots ofvanilla taste. Add fruit to it to change it up.
Strawberry Coconut Water Smoothie – This drinks helps you if you are dehydrated or backed up if you know what I mean. My recipe is in the new Trader Joe’s Cookbook too!
