Cherry Vanilla Smoothie

Hi Everyone,

Today I have for you an amazing smoothie that is surly going to appeal to cherry lovers, like me.  I am so back on my smoothie kick.  It makes for a great breakfast, afternoon snack or if you want a dessert, you can skip the ice cream and make a smoothie.  I love smoothies and they are just so easy to make.

My smoothie today is a Cherry Vanilla Smoothie. Yum! It’s made with frozen cherries, vanilla greek yogurt and unsweetened coconut milk. It’s light, refreshing and has the perfect vanilla flavor with an amazing cherry flavor. For the greek yogurt I used OIKOS Triple Zero Vanilla Greek Yogurt. I am loving this new yogurt. For the cherries, I used Trader Joe’s frozen, sweetened pitted cherries. Target also has great frozen cherries.
Want to add an extra boost of protein? Add one scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder, you will just need to add some more milk to it.

This smoothie makes me think of summer.  I am not ready for winter yet, granted I love Fall.  Fall flavors like apples and cinnamon, yummy!

I hope you have a great week.

Toodles,

Jennifer
