Did you know that July 30th was National Cheesecake Day?  I seemed to have missed it, but that doesn’t mean you can’t have cheesecake anytime of the year.  Today I teamed up with Fiber One to extend celebrating cheesecake through the month of August.  If you’re like me, and love cheesecake, you will love today’s newest product that I tried that just screams tasty, guilt-free cheesecake.  Yum!

These Fiber One Cheesecake Bars are to die for. They are rich, sweet, and they satisfy my cheesecake cravings and come in two delicious flavors, Strawberry and Salted Caramel. I don’t know which flavor I love most!


The bars are made with irresistible layers of graham cracker-y goodness and creamy cheesecake. When you take a bite of the Strawberry you first get a cookie flavor, than you get the creamy cheesecake flavor and bam it’s topped off with strawberries that are sweetened with a drizzle of frosting. I think I am in heaven?

When I bite into the Salted Caramel the first taste I get is a nice, rich caramel flavor with a hint of salt, then I taste the graham cracker crust and then that last taste I get the creamy cheesecake flavor. These bars are so good. I think mood pending, if I am more on a sweet-tooth kick I will having the Salted Caramel. If I am in the mood for a more refreshing, light bar, I will go for the Strawberry.

These bars are only 150 calories, 6 grams fat, 5 grams fiber, and 20% daily value of fiber. When the urge for cheesecake hits, it’s a perfect guilt-free bar to grab! The best part is you can have it for a snack at breakfast, lunch or dinner. Or even a midnight snack.
