Power it Up Blueberry Vanilla Baked Oatmeal Replay

Hi Everyone,

Today I am sharing with you a recipe that I posted over  a year ago.  It’s one of my favorites.  When I created this recipe, I must have made it 3 weeks in a row.  I took it to work and shared it with my co-workers.  They all loved it.  Matter in fact this is one of the first truly healthy breakfast’s that my Husband loved.  He ate chia seeds.  lol  With blueberries in season, I thought this would be a great breakfast to share with you.  You will love it!!

I have made a lot of baked oatmeal dishes, but I have to admit, I think this one is the best!! It’s sweet, filling, loaded with blueberries and has the most wonderful vanilla flavor. To boot, I only used a 1/4 cup of maple syrup in it to sweetened it up, so this breakfast is low sugar. Plus this breakfast for everyone because it’s vegan and gluten-free.

So why do I call this Power it Up Blueberry Vanilla Baked Oatmeal? Because it is full of super foods and get this it really, really does give you energy. I had this for breakfast on a lazy Sunday morning, and next thing you knew, I was exercising, doing laundry and cleaning the house. Now this is some kind of powerful breakfast! Plus I was so full that I didn’t snack!!

So what makes this healthy, and powerful? The ingredients, it’s all natural and good for you. I did a little breakdown of all the ingredients and why it’s good for you.
