Hi Everyone,
I am very excited! Today I am heading to Phoenix, AZ for a 3 day Foodie Event. I am going to be visiting some beautiful resorts, try some local cuisine, and visit an olive mill, go to the Desert Botanical Garden for a healthy cooking class and so much more. I have never been to Phoenix, except for the airport and I am beyond excited! I am going with 4 other Food Bloggers, which two I know from my trips to Baton Rouge and I get to make friends with two more. It’s going to be five of us girls living it up on a food craze couple of days.
I want to share with you the 4 of the food bloggers that I will be attending the trip with.
Theresa from Food Hunter’s Guide, who is the one invited me on the trip and helped organize the whole trip with Visit Phoenix and Visit Mesa. I know Theresa from my visits to Baton Rouge and we have become good foodie friends. I am looking so forward to seeing her again and I can’t thank her enough for this trip. You can check out her blog for great, unique recipes, restaurant reviews and so much more. I’ve been a fan of Food Hunter’s Guide since I started blogging 4 years ago.
Susan from 30A Eats who I just love. I also know Susan from my trips to Baton Rouge. She is a remarkable woman who I enjoy spending time with. She has an amazing blog with great recipes, restaurant reviews, gorgeous photography and much, much more. I enjoy reading about her adventures in Florida and all of the other places she travels.
Shelby from Diabetic Foodie is food blogger that will be joining us on this event. I know Shelby from Sunday Supper and I can’t wait to meet her. She makes tasty, healthy diabetic meals that takes eating healthy to another level.
Michelle from the Complete Savorist is a new blogger that I will be meeting. Michelle creates International Recipes, does restaurant reviews and even has a food and travel talk show on Utah Public Radio. I am looking forward to meeting Michelle and learning about all of her trips. I have a feeling she will be inspiring me to travel.
I also want to mention of few businesses that will be sponsoring the event.
Brews and Bites at Arizona Wilderness Brewing Co.
I want to apologize for not having new recipes this week. Time has gone way to quick and I can’t catch up. But don’t worry I’ll be back with some healthy good for you recipes. In the mean-time I am sharing with you this week my favorite round-up recipes.
If you want to keep up on the latest from Peanut Butter and Peppers you can follow me on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. I’ll be sharing with you my whole trip! Well, except for the embarrassing moments. lol
Have a great week!
Toodles,
Jennifer
