Strawberry Round-Up

Hi Everyone,

I love this time of year!  My vegetable garden is dong well, with a few minor problems, which seems to be snails, but I found some organic ways to take care of them.  Egg shells and copper pennies.  Let’s see if that works?  I also notice that strawberries are starting to appear in the grocery stores and I even saw signs for strawberry picking.  I need to check that out!  One fruit I truly love is strawberries.  I can so eat a pint in a sitting, if not more.  I think they are perfectly sweet and add a compliment to almost any dish, even if I eat them after dinner.  🙂  So today I thought I would share with you a round-up of my favorite strawberry recipes.  I have to admit one of my favorite recipes is my Strawberry Basil Pasta Salad.  I can’t wait to make it again.  Hmmmmm, maybe this weekend?  Of course you can tell that I love strawberries smoothies too.  Lots of great smoothie recipes here.  So let me share with you my strawberry love.
