Hi Everyone,
I am back on my smoothie kick. One of my favorite things to have for breakfast on a Sunday is a smoothie. I normally spend my morning working on my blog, doing house work and baking, so I don’t have time to make a fancy breakfast. By the time 10 am hits I’m starving! I love to just whip together some fruit and milk and make a protein punch, healthy smoothie to get me through to lunch. So today’s newest smoothie is a Strawberry Peach Smoothie. It’s light, refreshing, easy to make and only contains 3 ingredients, milk, strawberries and peaches! Yum!
I am looking so forward to spring. I don’t want to brag, but it has been in the 70’s and sunny here. I am starting to get Spring fever! That means I can pull out my summer clothes, like my capri’s, t-shirts and tank tops, and I just put away the winter jackets. I hopefully won’t need them anymore this year! I don’t think I am the only one with Spring fever, my dogs have been loving the sunshine! My girl, Samantha has been enjoying laying on the deck. I wish I had a dog’s life!
- 1 cup non-fat milk or milk of choice
- 1 cup strawberries, frozen
- 1 cup peaches, frozen
- 1 tsp honey (if desired)
- Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.
Well my friends, I have lots of spring cleaning to do! I am purging room by room! I just love spring cleaning! I get rid of the old, giveaway stuff to friends and my house is nice and clean! The only thing I hate cleaning is the closest! Ugh!
Have a super great week!
Toodles,
Jennifer

The smoothies I make most often is homemade greek yogurt, banana, frozen blueberries, ginger tea, cinnamon and ground flaxseed.

Not sure where you are located, but we also had beautiful weather, close to 70 degrees this weekend. Great for gardening, planted 2 blueberry bushes.. Cleared out some weeds, and spread some compost. Felt so good to have some sun.

Ohhh, you have me excited to garden. I plan on working in the garden this up coming weekend! I have to clear some weeds too! They got out of control this winter.

Have fun, so good to garden!! I love seeing the bees out, they loving the blooming rosemary bushes.
Funny, how weeds grow faster than anything else. Though I’m growing Greek Oregano and it wants to take over; love the spice fragrance!
