Healthy Appetizers

Hi Everyone,

The Super Bowl is almost here and my favorite part of the big game is the finger food.  After all a football game is not the same without food!  Did you know a study has shown that a person who is cheering on a game and their team is losing, they eat more?  That is why you must have healthy appetizers.  So today I am sharing with you my favorite appetizers that won’t hurt the waistline.  Just remember, no matter how much healthier it is for you, use portion control.
